Ocho Rios is a primary cruise port for Jamaica. Other ports, including the recently opened Falmouth do host cruise ships, but Ocho Rios has been the primary destination for many years mostly because of it’s proximity to many things to do including- Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Fern Grotto, Dolphin Cove and many more excellent attractions
